We called the Tanque Verde Trio office, and met with Scott that afternoon. Scott has been a pleasure since the first meeting, and very patient with us. After four years of casual looking, Scott found the perfect house, in the perfect neighborhood for us. We had just sold a house in Oregon, and the experience with the realtor there was fine, but lacking in attention to detail. Scott made everything in a detailed purchase very easy, by staying on top of the entire process, from home inspections, locating contractors, and all of the documents with title, and the seller very smooth.
